Shipping
- We process and ship all order in 24-48 hour and ship out through Thailand post or UPS from Chiang-mai Thailand every day evening except nation holiday. However in the case of a very large-quantity order or "customer" order in which we need to "create" any product, processing can take up to 10 days. We will take full responsibility in keeping the client updated on progress for this type of order. Please keep in mind that hand made products will certainly take time to create.

- International registered airmail signature confirmation: Cheapest method of shipping for light weight and small items with an average delivery time of 5 to 25 business days depend destination and local delivery system. This method we can’t guarantee time to delivery because shipment is uncontrollable with us.
- International Express Mail Service EMS: Quick and reliable express air postage that insurance all packages with an average delivery time of 5 to 7 business days. - UPS world express: Recommended for large orders for cost-effective, particularly for North America and Europe based clients. Insurance all packages with an average delivery time of 3 to 5 business days allow track available.
